Website & digital presence

AI-ready website for firms

A website isn't only there for human visitors. Search engines and AI assistants also need to understand what your firm offers, who it's a fit for and which questions it answers.

AI-ready website upgrade

01AI-ready website for firms

This upgrade makes existing content clearer, better structured and more usable: the specialisation, the digital way of working, the trust and the employer quality become more visible – for clients, for Google and for AI systems.

"AI-ready" doesn't automatically mean a chatbot. It's first about structuring knowledge cleanly – without false SEO or AI-ranking promises.

simulation · curated data

The same firm page, two views: drag the divider – on the left what people see, on the right what search engines and AI assistants read from it. After the upgrade both views line up exactly.

What happens in the upgrade: existing content becomes structured building blocks – and those are reliably retrievable, for people, search engines and AI assistants.

03How it works

  1. 01

Review the existing website and content

What's there, what's missing, what's out of date – the review comes before any tech. That includes the fundamental question: can the upgrade be added on the existing website, or would a relaunch serve better? Either is a good outcome – the review makes it a sound one.

  2. 02

    Structure the content

Services, audiences, FAQs, pricing logic, references and contact routes are brought into clear structures – often the real core work: only once it's clear where the firm's knowledge sits can tech build on it.

  3. 03

Phrase things more clearly and close gaps

Content is phrased more clearly; where answers are missing, they're added.

  4. 04

    Prepare structured data

Structured data, FAQ sections and knowledge-catalog elements are prepared technically.

  5. 05

    Create the foundation for more

Optionally, the base for a website companion or a knowledge base takes shape.

04Stages

Not every firm needs the full build straight away. The review decides which tier is worth it – the entry point is kept deliberately small.

Tier 1

Entry: base patch

Add Schema.org/JSON-LD, meta data and FAQ markup to the existing website – no rebuild. Fast, low-cost, effective right away.

Tier 2

Extended: structure upgrade

Content recut: services, FAQs, prices/ranges as structured fields, gaps closed, phrased more clearly.

Tier 3

Full build: data base for assistants

Website as a knowledge base: a knowledge structure as the foundation for a companion – often best done as an AI-ready relaunch.

05Technical implementation

  • Depending on what's there: the upgrade can sit as a content/structure layer on the existing website – whether that holds or a relaunch serves better is what the review settles.
  • CMS/content model: services, FAQs, references, prices/ranges and contact routes as structured fields rather than just running text.
  • Technical markup: JSON-LD/Schema.org, semantic HTML, FAQ/Service/LocalBusiness structures.
  • Knowledge files: optionally a Markdown/JSON structure or an internal knowledge file as the basis for later AI use.
  • Checked with SEO/crawling tools, Search Console and AI/LLM tests: does a model understand what the firm offers?
  • Hosting usually stays unchanged; changes happen in the website, CMS or code.

for context · This shows how something like this usually gets built – not how it has to be built for you. What actually fits is worked out in the project: around your existing setup, your team, and what stays easy to maintain.
