Strategy & AI audit

Positioning & offer diagnosis

Your offer has grown over the years – and that's exactly the problem: to you it all hangs together, to a prospect it's a thicket. They can't tell in thirty seconds what you stand for and whether you're a fit.

AI audit & baseline

01Intro

The diagnosis is a baseline with a verdict – for your offer and how you show up, not your tech. We look at what you offer, for whom, with what promise: where the positioning is sharp and where it blurs, which offer carries you and which is just ballast, where the website and content talk past each other. You walk away with an assessment: two or three steps worth taking first – sharpen the offer, rework how you show up, resort the website, set up a content system – with a clear order and reasons. And sometimes the first step isn't a website at all, but a decision about what to drop.

Straight up: this isn't a sales call in disguise for a website. It might well come out that you need clarity for yourself first – or that you're already well set up and only need to turn one dial. And it doesn't replace deep business coaching: I sort out positioning and digital delivery, not your life decisions.

03How it works

  1. 01

A short questionnaire, then a real conversation

Beforehand you answer a few questions about your offer, audience and channels. In the session we talk plainly: where do the good inquiries come from, where the wrong ones, what do you most like selling – and what out of habit?

  2. 02

A look at your offer, website and content

I look at how you show up – website, social, offer structure, typical inquiries. Not everything, but enough to see where the message carries and where it gets in its own way.

  3. 03

    The verdict: sharpness against ballast

Every offer and every message is held against two questions: does it pull in the right people – and does it match what you actually want to be doing? Plenty can fall away here. That's the point of the exercise.

  4. 04

A roadmap: two or three steps, with reasons

You get a compact result: the prioritised next steps – offer, website, content or automation – each with reasons and an order. Including what can deliberately wait.

  5. 05

Optional: the first step as a pilot

If a step convinces you, we cut it small and measurable – a sharpened offer page, a first content rhythm. That's how the work starts without pressure to overhaul everything.

04Stages

How deep the diagnosis goes depends on where you stand. The entry point is deliberately small – often it's enough to settle the direction.

Tier 1 · from €880

Entry: compact diagnosis

One conversation, a quick review, a short report with the two or three biggest levers for your offer and presence. Fast, useful right away.

Tier 2 · from €2,200

Extended: full baseline

The complete diagnosis: an offer map, sharpened positioning, a prioritised roadmap for website, content and tools.

Tier 3 · custom

Full build: guided rollout

The diagnosis as a starting point: we build the first step together – a sharpened page or a content system – and refine it after a few months.

05Technical implementation

  • The diagnosis is deliberately lightweight – a consulting service, not a software project. Nothing gets installed and nothing gets rebuilt.
  • The review draws on, depending on the case: website and search data, your social channels, offer materials, typical inquiries.
  • AI helps with the analysis – for instance in working through content and inquiries. The verdict stays handmade.
  • The result is a compact document or a short presentation – talked through together if you like.
  • The assessment always keeps you as a solo or micro operation in view: what's realistically maintainable without costing you more time than it gives back.

for context · This shows how something like this usually gets built – not how it has to be built for you. What actually fits is worked out in the project: around your existing setup, your team, and what stays easy to maintain.
