Mini corporate identity

As a solo coach you are the brand – but to the outside it often looks thrown together: the logo from one corner, the website colours from another, the slides in a third look. At the core you're clear. In how you show up, the common line is missing.

Mini brand & business kit

01Mini corporate identity

The mini corporate identity closes exactly that gap – not for a single offer, but for your whole presence: a positioning and core message that holds, a lean visual identity (logo solution, colours, typography, imagery), a website or landing page, plus social building blocks and presentation templates. All of a piece, all reusable. It's deliberately the small, complete version: not agency branding for a growing team, but the all-round package that's enough for a one-person setup and grows with it. With coaches and consultants who have substance especially, this is the lever – your method is good, it needs a form you can show. After twenty years of media design this is exactly my core discipline: turning something grown into a shape. AI speeds up copy and asset production; the fit to you is the real work.

A mini corporate identity, not agency branding: for a solo or micro setup it's the all-round package that's enough. Anyone building a growing team, several sub-brands or a large web presence eventually needs more – then the package is the basis, not the end. And it isn't template production: the value is in the fit to you, not in ready-made templates (Canva is cheaper for that). If the positioning still wobbles, the diagnosis comes first.

02How it works

  1. 01

    Distil positioning and core

Who are you there for, what do you change, why you? What you explain with enthusiasm in half an hour becomes the two sentences that can stand in for it – the core everything else hangs on.

  2. 02

Set the brand: message, tone, visual identity

Core message, tone of voice and a lean visual identity – logo solution, colours, typography, imagery. Tuned to what you already have, not against it. Recognisable, not arbitrary.

  3. 03

Build the presence: website or landing page

The build that explains and convinces: who you are, what you offer, process, voices, next step – as copy and structure, then as a built page in your line.

  4. 04

    Produce the building blocks

Social templates, short copy, presentation slides – AI-accelerated in draft, sharpened editorially and visually. Consistent in your brand, instead of starting over each time.

  5. 05

Hand over as a brand set

Everything bundled and reusable: your small brand set to launch, pitch and post with – and it grows along when your business grows.

03Stages

The tiers are package sizes – from the brand core to the complete presence.

Tier 1

Brand core

Positioning, core message and the visual baseline – logo solution, colours, typography – plus the key base assets. The foundation.

Tier 2

Full mini corporate identity

Plus the built website/landing page, social templates, a presentation deck and the imagery worked out – the rounded presence.

Tier 3

Brand + launch

The brand set plus a campaign sprint for the launch – form and run-up in one go.

04Technical implementation

  • The working basis is your real material: existing approaches and brand, website, testimonials, course or programme material.
  • The website/landing page is built in the website stack of your choice – as your main presence or a standalone campaign page.
  • Copy variants come AI-assisted and are curated editorially – in your tone, not in marketing-speak.
  • A lean visual identity: logo solution, colour and type system, imagery – bespoke design or Figma/Canva templates to carry on yourself.
  • What's handed over is an ordered brand set: page, assets, copy modules, slides – with source files, no vendor lock-in.
  • Usually without infrastructure of its own: the page runs in your existing hosting, assets in your storage.

for context · This shows how something like this usually gets built – not how it has to be built for you. What actually fits is worked out in the project: around your existing setup, your team, and what stays easy to maintain.
