Campaign sprint

The new offer is ready, the course is planned, the event has a date – and then comes the real hurdle: how do you tell the world about it without it stopping at a single post?

Campaign sprint

01Campaign sprint

A campaign sprint turns ONE offer into a small, coherent presence: a landing page or website section that carries the offer; social posts that feed into it; a newsletter that leads to the same next step; the FAQ that heads off objections. All developed from one core message, all with the same goal. AI speeds up production here – variants, drafts, formats – but strategy, selection and tone stay handmade. That's why it's a sprint: a clearly cut package with a beginning and an end, not a marketing subscription.

Straight up: this is no marketing autopilot and no content flood – ten interchangeable posts get you nowhere, five right ones do. You publish (or we do it together), not automatically. And a sprint doesn't make a weak offer strong – if the substance is missing, I'll say so up front.

Pick an offer – and watch how it fans out into channels. Watch for the common thread: one core message, one next step, everywhere.

03How it works

  1. 01

    Distil the offer and audience

Who is the offer for, what does it solve, why now? An hour of distilling saves you ten random posts.

  2. 02

Set the core message and next step

One sentence that holds – and ONE call to action everything runs towards: sign up, inquire, book. Campaigns rarely fail on design, mostly on a watered-down goal.

  3. 03

    Structure the landing page

Where the campaign lands: build, arguments, objections, action – as a new section of your website or a page of its own.

  4. 04

Play the channels – all of a piece

Posts, newsletter, FAQ and the images needed grow out of the core message – AI supplies variants, curating and sharpening happen together, in your tone.

  5. 05

    Publish and watch

The sprint doesn't end at handover: once it's live you see what lands – a short review closes this sprint and sharpens the next.

04Stages

Here the tiers are package sizes – the sprint is cut as a self-contained package.

Tier 1

Mini sprint

A landing-page section, 3–5 posts and a clear call to action for ONE offer – the compact presence.

Tier 2

Full sprint

Plus newsletter, FAQ, image assets and an editorial plan for the campaign window.

Tier 3

Sprint series

Recurring sprints in rhythm – quarter, season, programme – with a growing template library that makes every further sprint faster.

05Technical implementation

  • The landing page is built in the existing website stack – as a section or a standalone campaign page.
  • AI generates variants for headlines, posts, newsletter and FAQ – based on offer and core message, curated by people.
  • Image assets to suit the ambition: your own website components, Figma/Canva or AI image tools – matched to the existing brand.
  • Publishing stays deliberately manual: website CMS, newsletter tool, social channels – no autoposting as the default.
  • Simple tracking is part of it: campaign links, form sources, newsletter clicks – so the review is more than a gut feeling.
  • All building blocks are handed over as a reusable package – the next sprint doesn't start from zero.

for context · This shows how something like this usually gets built – not how it has to be built for you. What actually fits is worked out in the project: around your existing setup, your team, and what stays easy to maintain.
